Married to an Indian Photographer, her knowledge of food transcended boundaries as she was introduced to the fragrant and delightful taste palettes of India. Inspired by her Mother and Sister-in-Law, Marianna broadened her cooking skills to encompass authentic gourmet Indian cuisine. Her genius for creating innovative Indian dishes with an explosion of flavor and spices using only local and organic ingredients has proven to be a much demanded commodity and now can be shared amongst all.
